Senior Associate / Accredited Family Law Specialist

Madeleine is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and has been working in Family Law since 2014.

Madeleine accepts work in a broad range of Family Law matters, including parenting disputes, complex financial disputes, de facto and spousal maintenance claims, Financial Agreements, and child support matters.

Madeleine has also completed mediation training through a nationally accredited mediation program. She is also a qualified Collaborative Practice professional, and able to represent clients in Collaborative Practice to help them reach resolutions out of court in a respectful and non-adversarial manner.

If litigation is required, Madeleine is very experienced in conducting cases in the Family Court. She previously worked as a Legal Associate for a Judge at the Family Court of Western Australia. Madeleine has experience in appearing as counsel during hearings, and instructing barristers in matters before the Family Court.

In her spare time Madeleine spends time with her family and chasing after her toddler, and enjoys cooking and travelling.
